What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t seem to remove my domain from cloudflare. It says I need an admin, but I’m the super admin and only user of the account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m trying to add my domain somewhere else and it says cloudflare has some ssl and other things it could be doing to the domain. I have already changed the name servers.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

From the screenshot, is this from the Cloudflare dashboard or some other interface from a 3rd-party service integrator? :thinking:

Hello! It is the Cloudflare Dashboard. Under account home in the domain section.

We can see the domain no longer has Cloudflare nameservers:

dig ns chinookauto.ca +short
ns67.domaincontrol.com.
ns68.domaincontrol.com.

By default, your zone will be automatically purged seven days after the removal.
