I am unable to see any PII in the Gateway logs even though I have enabled it in the Settings. Any reason why this doesn’t work?
Check whether you have the “Cloudflare for Teams PII” permission to read PII data.

As I said in the question, I am a super admin and still can’t see the PII data.
No, you never mention that you are super admin.
The first thing that comes to my mind is this one:

So please confirm, when you say “enabled it in the Settings”, are you referring to Settings - Network page or your super admin permission?
