Can't see how to Connect Cloudflare to Cloudways

I moved a site from GreenGeeks to Cloudways and to do that I was told to change the DNS in Namecheap by adding a Record A and put in Cloudways ip.

Now to connect Cloudways to Cloudflare I see I need to change the DNS, but the DNS was replaced with Cloudways’ ip.

I am really confused here. Thanks for any help.
