What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I created a case with support, but it was immediately “Resolved” even though I opened it from the account that owns the domain. I re-opened the case yesterday, but saw no action. Another topic similar to this one indicated that a person from Cloudflare would need to get involved, so I’m elevating this so the requisite steps can be taken to restore the domain

Go to “Domain Registration” → “Manage Domains”
Click “Manage” next to akaeastbaltimore.com
Expectation: Management screen with “Restore” button appears so I can click it, pay the fees, and restore the domain
Actual Results: The same “Manage Domains” screen just reloads.
Yes, they replied asking for my permission to do something, when I already provided permission in the initial case details. I provided permission again, and haven’t seen any action since. I re-opened the case (it was closed prematurely). Please escalate this again and indicate that ALL permissions, approvals, etc for ANY actions needed to restore the domain are hereby granted. Please DO NOT wait for permissions or approval again, as the answer is yes for ALL of them until the domain is restored to our account
