My site is showing this but when I click request review I get the following error rpat not found (Code: 10003)

Sorry about that, can you try from incognito mode? If the issue persists, can you open an Account ticket with the Support team and share your ticket number here?

I tried in an incognito window and in edge with the same issue. Created a ticket the number is 3021675
