Can't renew the domain

I can’t renew the domain.
Errors occur even before I enter billing information

API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/accounts/…/billing/profile (504)
API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/accounts/…/flags (undefined)
API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts/…/credit-card-processor (504)
API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/entitlements (undefined)
