I’m trying to help a friend who has CF as the registrar.
The domain expired in April (status is pendingDelete)
When trying to manually renew the domain, the expiry remains the same so we submitted a support ticket last week. Then Support asked to upload a HAR file which was uploaded but it has been silence since then. We are hoping the ticket (1918222) goes through the correct channels.
We tried different browsers, different internet connections and different payment methods.
We’re not sure what we should do now. Any ideas? @cloonan
