It was not only recently. One year ago, I wanted to try Cloudflare, and to be comprehensive, I also wanted to buy a new domain, and the same error was reported at the time. This left me with a bad impression of Cloudflare, that they were not well-founded. Now I’m back because my customers want to use Cloudflare, and I had to try again, and I had to succeed and unfortunately not.

BTW, After repeated retries, I have successfully purchased the domain name, but PayPal still prompts this error, and the credit card has been submitted successfully.
