Can't Reach Website with Infostrada, Wind 3, and other service provider

I can’t reach my site from some service provider for example Infostrada or Wind 3 for a few days.
When Cloudflare is active on my site I got after loading main information of the site itself, error 524 Timeout.
Instead on the same device if I pause Cloudflare everything is back working againg.
I’ve made tracert and ping when this happen and this is the report:
