Hi, for the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to buy more Page Rules, but nothing goes through.
After entering my credit card info and submitting the info, it tells me I have 5 more, but after closing that dialogue box… nothing has changed.
Again, been trying for a couple weeks now, … have checked with my bank and nothing gets sent to my credit card.

Hi @ryan1, if you open a ticket, please share the ticket number here. You could also try a different approach to adding payment. If you add your payment method to the billing section first within the Payment Info section:
After adding the payment method, make sure this saves correctly. Then, attempt to then add the additional page rules. Let us know if that makes a difference & sorry for the trouble.
I just purchase x5 new pages rules, but they are not appearing in the page rules section. We need these ASAP. Can you help?
