After clicking the purchase button to complete order the Advanced Certificate Manager it redirects me back to the ssl/tls tab with a success message and the following error:
failed to resolve provided rate plan: ‘ADVANCED_CERT_MANAGER’ (Code: 1204)

Are you signed up directly with Cloudflare with a payment method added, or are you signed up through a partner?
Directly through Cloudflare. I have a payment method added.
As this has been going on for a day now, you will need to contact support.
