What is the issue you’re encountering

I have published a dkim record, but it doesn’t seem to be valid

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I created the dkim public and private keys. Then, I created the dns record:

v=DKIM1;t=s;p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAkPMOMzhaN/vzYHbL4kwGwVmaSDlNV8R+0T6NASafAPUPNvHkjy2qtbBfIE/WbueBtQlz++ciy52rITPaZ/yCan9fMtKhYEIhXNt1KsXePlDaK0FKr0YH2QxQZkq1AYzIi3yB8KIVlsXmqzLtlrryxxhaFmPRhkNYtjCpf952UWynE3sktPJ6uN6VMh63FSsQKtPbPDevwaO+JKA7AwvHJSy+gsOrQg6VCPC1hH7zM3uK882KjNIb0xnSU3NmU22/SdVv6BJ1nTgMZLf8VqXrWkgyMX5lysVfMP26pCuTTGAikPnVVtOXd2Ig1U3s12OZcA7rO1pXE71Fgh3x5ouCBwIDAQAB

Then, I added to a txt record.

However, when I do a dkim test at Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email

It says:

No DKIM Record found

I’m trying to solve an email delivery issue with gmail destinations.

TIA,
Mike Diehl.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Mail records

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

See above

What exact name (e.g. “example._domainkey”) does this DNS record have?

Can you possibly share a screenshot of the DNS record(s) you have added?

Wow… I had the wrong name. I’d been tweaking the VALUE of the record and never thought to check the NAME of the record… until you asked about it.

Thanks,
Mike.
