Can't open my website without VPN

Hi, I can’t open my website with https but in http is working fine.
if I try to run VPN it can open my website with https ,May I know what is this issue?
already try to add public google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 not work at all.

For starters, your site doesnt open at all as there is a redirection loop. Whats your encryption mode? Flexible or “Full strict”? If it is the former you should make sure you have a valid certificate on your server and switch to “Full strict”.

As for you actual issue, where are you located? Possibly Russia or Iran?

Hi,
i’m using flexible mode, and before that is working very well,
I just change my new web hosting and having this issue, I try to delete and rescan new dns still facing same issue. no i’m not Russia or Iran ,I;m from asia country.
any idea?

You first need to fix that redirect loop, as your site won’t let anything happen with that happening. Flexible mode is not a good approach.

As I said earlier you should switch that to “Full strict”. Not only is that setting the reason for the current error, it is also not secure. Furthermore check out the link posted by @sdayman.

Once that is fixed, we take it from there should you still experience any issues.
