You will need to contact the site operator as they set the rules for access their site, not Cloudflare. Use social media or a search engine to find a contact method if you can’t access any of the site.

I remember asking the gaming site before, they said they did it because of US sanctions, but why would they sanction a gaming site?
How can I know if what they say is true or not?
Can I complain about them to Cloudflare?
Sorry for the beginner questions, I really don’t know much about these areas.

No. The site owner uses Cloudflare’s tools to filter traffic to their site. It is up to the site owner what they do or do not allow.
