It looks like the registration is active in one account while the zone is active in a different account. The registration can only be managed when the zone is active in the same account.
Your ticket was already escalated and the engineers have adjusted the name servers to activate the domain in the correct account.
If you want to move the domain to a new account, please follow the steps here to move the registration as well
It’s stress me out as the domain still pending and Manage domains still not working even after Cloudflare support change the NS to the correct one.
So I completely remove the domain from Cloudflare on both of Cloudflare accounts to see if the Manage domains is working or not, but unfortunately even after deleting the domain from Cloudflare, Manage domains still not working.
It’s showing the following error now when I got to CF Dashboard > Domain Registration > Manage Domains > click Manage on my domain
“404 | We can’t find the page you’re looking for.”
I remove the domain from both Cloudflare account as stated by Cloudflare Support team that to make the Manage Domains working, the domain DNS management should be on the same Cloudflare account where the domain is registered.
After that I do the following:
Add the domain to the correct Cloudflare account where the domain is registered.
Enable DNSSEC on CF Dashboard > DNS > Settings
And now the Cloudflare Manage Domains feature is working.
