neohite dot com works fine. www.neohite dot com comes up with ‘server not found’ in the browser.
I’ve tried every tutorial I can find. Youtube and the official one on the forum here. A records, CNAME records, page rules. I’m confused and I just want the website to work. I’ve already had a prospect tell me it doesn’t work.

According to your screenshot though, you do now only have a www record, and not one for the apex (e.g. naked) domain name.
If you wish neohite.com to work as well, you must have two records, one with the name neohite.com and one with the name www.
At my end it is the exact opposite way, e.g. www that works, and neohite.com that doesn’t.
You should note that DNS changes are in no way instant, and may take a while to propagate out to the Internet.
Do not touch that specific www record you’re showing on your screenshot, but instead:
Add a new record for neohite.com, pointing to the correct server / IP address.
Wait an hour, and then try the www one again.
