Cant login

Hi!

We have an account with Cloudflare and had never had any problems login into our dashboard. But today we enter the email and password and click login and nothing happens.

Tried from different computers and networks. Same results. I can’t contact support because I can’t log in.

I have no idea how to access our account and get control back over our account.

How can there not be customer support? I can only get in contact with Cloudflare by making an abuse complaint our call sales in some random country.

Any advice is very appreciated!

Could you please open the developer tools and look for errors in the console? Also, do you see any requests in the network tab when clicking “Log in”?

No everything looks normal. I created a second account to get in contact with customer support but to be able to chat with them I need a business account and to get a business account I must move my domain to Cloudflare. But my domain is on the account that the login doesn’t work.

No problem login into the new account.

When I tried to login with Apple-ID instead of email it worked perfect.

I, too, am experience the same issue. The verification check is green upon loading the login page and green after I input my credentials and clocking on login, but does not redirect to the dashboard.

Have tried chrome and edge. Also tried in incognito mode as well.

We did see some similar reports earlier that the team is investigating. I will flag this post for their attention.

Hi @duceduc @user64312 the team was able to identify the issue and correct it, can you try to login now? An incorrect password/username combination will generate an error Email address/password do not match. (Code: 1022) on the bottom of the login screen.

ok. It is working now and it was incorrect password on my part initially.
