Can't login to super administrator account

We have lost access to our super administrator account as a result of an administrative error on the part of our now former executive assistant

in short, they changed the master credentials from a former partners domain to a non-existent email address on our domain

while we have resolved access to that email address, given that 2FA is setup on our account, we are now in the position of being unable to confirm a 2FA code for the super administrator, meaning we appear to be locked out of our own account

password reset is obviously of no use - what I need to be able to do is access the super admin account; is this something that I can resolve myself, or will I need to ask for CloudFlare support?
