Hi. Ive been trying to get some help from Cloudflare to I can access my account. Ive tried to reset from what I think is the correct email but I get no email. Ive spoken to support twice. One (Jocelyn) told me she would pass on my details but I havent heard anything. I called support today and they told me they couldnt do anything to help. Frustrating! I need to make some DNS and nameserver changes urgently. Thanks
Phone support is only available on Enterprise plans, are you on Enterprise? If so then your account team may also be able to help with this.
If not, do you have a ticket number with support? You will only be able to regain access if you know the email - make sure you are contacting support from the email on the account.
