Can't initiate transfering domain from GoDaddy to Cloudflare

I’m getting this error repeatedly, which prevents me from paying and initiating the transfer.

’ Something went wrong… An error occurred while processing the payment hold.’

I’ve raised a ticket from my dashboard but received an automatic reply which didn’t solve my issue. I requested to connect with a human engineer but then got no response.
