I cannot find who is the admin to our site, and I’m the only person at the company. I need to update as I’ve got a new site I want to launch… however I cannot even get through the autofilter in making a support ticket. Please help!

If still no luck, you will need to take control of the DNS by changing the domain’s nameservers at the registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account or another DNS provider. (I hope you’ve got access to the registrar otherwise you are stuck).
