I can’t find my domain name chatnb.ca from cloudflare account

Your domain is not active on Cloudflare and is not using Cloudflare nameservers. You first need to set it up.

my domain was at cloudflare before the change de website… now I can’t manage it or change it back where it come from…

Your domain was on Cloudflare in 2019. As mentioned, you need to set it up again.
