What is the issue you’re encountering

I have successfully registered with Cloudflare and tried to bind a custom email domain. I have successfully added DNS, but it always shows “Unable to verify at the moment”. Switching to manual doesn’t work either.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

What specific DNS records are you trying to add/verify?

I can see three MX records mx[1-3].feishu.cn, as well as two TXT records (site verification and SPF) for the same provider.

Check the names of the DNS servers listed in ypu Cloudflare dashboard for that domain. If they are not brad and janet, you are in the wrong Cloudflare account. You can see details in the following report.
