Can't enter my credit card details

Hi, there is a form to enter my Billing info. However, above the form, there is another section with the title “credit card details” This section is blocked out with grey bars so I can’t see the credit card info.

I fill in the Billing info (no input field for CC #), then hit submit, and it is “fail” or “declined”.

If I did enter a CC# in the past, there is no place to update/edit the cards’ details.

If you are still experiencing the issue, our billing team is suggesting you open a ticket so they can take a look at your account and see what the issue is. You may want to attach a screenshot to the ticket.
