Can't enable WAF managed ruleset

What is the name of the domain?

onside.io (Business Plan)

What is the issue you’re encountering

I don’t see any managed rulesets I can enable

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Open Security > WAF > Managed rules. I should see options to enable “Cloudflare Managed Ruleset” and “Cloudflare OWASP Core Ruleset”, but there is nothing there (see screenshot)

Screenshot of the error

Could you please share with the support team a HAR file with the issue logged to help us investigate this further ?

Thank you

How should I send a HAR file to the support team? I still can’t get to Support Portal because Cloudflare redirects me to “Cannot locate dashboard account” page. See Cannot locate dashboard account. Again

But I still don’t know how to share HAR file with the support team, because I can’t get to the support portal, see Cannot locate dashboard account. Again

Does this work for you? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Yes, I can see that. I’ve opened my ticket on this page last week

OK, thanks for the clarification.

The support portal (with case history) not working is a known issue that Cloudflare is working to fix. In the meantime, you can simply reply to the email you received when you opened the support ticket.

And as a Business plan customer, you should have access to support via Chat as well. If that’s not working for you, that’s a different issue that you need to report to be fixed for your account.

I’ve just checked access to the Support portal and surprisingly I cat get in!
Okay, there are no replies from the support team. What should I do?

The Cloudflare staff requested you submit a HAR file so the support team can look into this. If you haven’t submitted this yet, you need to do so and give the team time to respond… before any possible escalation can be done.

Sent the HAR file. Thank you!
