I disabled it on PRO plan, now i’m on free, and can’t enable it back.

@dmif90f Free plans cannot disable HTTP/2, HTTP/2 · Cloudflare Speed docs

Sounded familiar, HTTP/2 greyed out - #6 by cloonan

Except it’s greyed out and OFF. They disabled it when it was a paid plan, and can’t turn it back on.

Do you know if the API will side-step that @sdayman?

I tried:

{"success":false,"errors":[{"code":1015,"message":"Not allowed to edit setting for http2"}],"messages":[],"result":null}

Sorry for the issues @dmif90f can you check your dash now? I made some adjustments to your account and for me it now shows as enabled.

No, this is still disabled, you cannot enable it via the API, error:
{“success”:false,“errors”:[{“code”:1015,“message”:“Not allowed to edit setting for http2”}],“messages”:,“result”:null}

Can you clear cache & cookies and try again from incognito mode?

HTTP/2 still disabled and can’t enabled it.

Support doesn’t want to work and sent me here because I have a free plan.

You did not share the ticket number here as requested. Did you open an Account ticket? All subscriptions, including free, can open an account ticket.

If you share the ticket number, we can escalate the request.

I have created an escalation request. The weekend and subsequent holiday may introduce additional delay. You should see a response here when the escalation request is reviewed.
