Cant edit WAF Rules anymore

I used to have the business plan and while I was using it I was using the custom error response but when I canceled the business plan, the site thinks I’m still using custom error responses even though I don’t have access to that feature anymore. So when I try to edit the WAF rules in any way, I get a “not entitled to use a custom response” error. I’ve cleared cache and still getting the same issue.
