I try every day to go from pro to free. Are there any pending class action lawsuits I can join? Fed up of paying and paying for a service that I don’t want.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support Billing team and cannot be resolved on the Community. Thank you!

When writing my post here I had to input my support ticket. Your system is designed that way. So I had to make a support ticket to post here! I don’t “Already have a ticket” lol.

This looks like a purposefully engineered catch 22.
