can’t disable I’m under attack mode

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Clicked the button but it doesn’t changed and I get the message 'Security level of off is only available to Enterprise customers ’ I want to put the site back to the security setting I had before we put the site in under attack mode.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

click the button and nothing happens it just stays green and I get the message Security level of off is only available to Enterprise customers at the bottom of the screen.

In case if you cannot remember in which interface under the Cloudflare Dashboard have you enabled such feature for your Website, I’d suggest to cross-check multiple settings and disable it following the instructions from the article below:

  1. Check the main Dashboard
  2. Check Custom Rules under Security menu → WAF tab
  3. Check Security Level under Security menu → WAF tab
  4. Check Configuration Rules under the Rules tab
