Cant disable Cloudflare

I am trying to trobleshoot problem with my website.
I recived a message from IT guy saying that he can not disable Cloudflare. He attached a link to video showing the problem we have.

Can anyone please help us?

We are working on this from few weeks and we are stack.

Message from developer:

“Now, as I have tested the website, I set the website to Pause on Cloudflare, and when I inspect the page, there is a another Cloudflare instance working.

Since your Cloudflare is paused, it should not show but it is, and this means that the host is also optimizing the website traffic through their Cloudflare account. I also tested the plugins, Redis Object Cache and Memberium, while Cloudflare is paused, but it is still showing up, so we can only ask at this point that you bring this with your host to see if they can disable Cloudflare.”

You may need to leave a short time after pausing Cloudflare, which you don’t do in the video. The DNS records have a TTL of 5 minutes by default so you need to let that expire to ensure that your browser uses the direct IP address of the origin rather than the Cloudflare proxy IP address.

Cloudflare isn’t currently paused on your site…
