I haven’t seen this error so far but based on the error message, it sounds like you have a domain registered with Cloudflare. If that’s the case, it makes sense that that particular zone cannot be deleted.
When you login to https://dash.cloudflare.com/, select the account in the middle box and then navigate to the websites section.
It seems you are selected the last account (box) shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/, the domain is moved from that account and shows in the middle account.
In any event, I don’t see the domain as having cloudflare as the registrar, I show namecheap.
What are you trying to accomplish? If it’s remove the domain, navigate to the correct account and select the site, then select remove from cloudflare under advanced actions in the lower right.
Then, contact your domain registrar (namecheap) and ask them to change the nameservers to their default.
I can’t delete a website for which I moved the NSs to a new Cloudflare account
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have tried to engage with support before but much to my surprised a non solution was presented and the topic got closed.
This domain was previously registered with Cloudflare. It was later moved to Namecheap. The website was again registered with Cloudflare earlier this week under a new account.
I have multiple times tried to delete the website from the original account with no success even though the domain shows as moved. It is crucial I clean up that website from that account as it should never been placed there.
