Can't delete my account

Hi there,
As finishing this project, I need to DELETE this Cloudflare account.

I’ve been trying to do so under “My Profile”, but I keep getting the following message:
API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/user/delete (500)

Could you check what’s the problem and help me delete this account?
As additional information, I have the 2-factors security enabled on the account.
