Can't create support ticket, can't select domain

I am trying to create a support ticket, it tells me an error message:

Please select the domain(s) you’re inquiring about.

But the dropdown with domains is empty and does not offer any option. I have 40+ domain in the account that I selected.

There is checkbox My issue is not domain related, but it is grey and I can’t uncheck it.

Maybe some UI issue?

Maybe @tobi can look at this, as this isn’t the first time someone’s mentioned this in the past few days.

Hi @user1388 you have the My issue is not domain related selected. This will not show any domain if selected. Can you unselect the checkbox and try again

Hi @tobi, thanks for explanation. In that case, the ticket form should mention the reason to avoid confusion as it looks like an UI bug.

I am having the same issue, but I cannot deselect “My issue is not domain related”. I cannot file a support ticket.

Also, that solution doesn’t make sense, as that would mean there is no way to submit a non-domain-related support ticket.

I unfortunately cannot file a ticket, nor can I email [email protected] because I get this response:

Unfortunately, I am emailing from the address associated with my account, and the email account I am emailing from is marked as verified in the Cloudflare dashboard.

We are further investigating this issue. I am unable to reproduce this on my test zone at the moment. We will update you as soon as we have more information.


In the mean time, the work around is to see if refreshing the page works. Our engineers are working on a fix and once this is deployed this should be fixed as I just learned that it is affecting some customers which is why I was unable to reproduce. Let me know if refreshing the page works for now. @user1388 If the error you are seeing @wilgf is the same, you can refresh on the page and see if it works. Also, another work around is to Visit and then submit the support request.
