Can't Create Groups - Adding Criteria Looks Disabled

I might be over looking something really simple here.
Newly created cloudflare account where I have Super Admin Access.

When I go to create a group I can specify a group name but I can’t add any criteria/rules.

See attached screenshot.
I can’t type into the input field and when I hover over the Add links at the bottom I just get a red disabled symbol.

Does anyone have any idea’s?
The same happens in the Add Applications screen on the add Policies section.

Might have been an issue with the cloudflare site as it has suddenly started working again now.

I’ve gone into that screen multiple times today to check and just now the screen looks different and actually shows drop down menus.
