Basically the title. I have a simple setup with a server hosting a PostgreSQL database (accepting all connections), that works file when having the proxy disabled like the following:
When I enable it though, after propagating I simply can’t connect to it, it just times out.
The same is also happening on SSH it seems.
The proxy only works for HTTP traffic. You should use a different hostname from your website if you want to connect with other protocols.
I just use the server’s actual name, unproxied, for that stuff, and leave the root domain and www for web traffic only.
