I have tried multiple browsers. I click the cancel link under subscriptions to cancel my our Account
Teams Free Base it takes me to a page to select my reason. I do that and then try to click the cancel button and nothing happens. Like it is just a pic not a button. I know that it is free but I am deleting my account and want this subscription removed first.
I have read that page many times. I have tried to locate where I am supposed to disable my free account before removing the subscription in order to delete my account.
Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard , and select your account and website.

Select the feature you want to disable under Active Subscriptions (Free or Pro customers)
or Plan Extensions (Enterprise customers).
I then proceed to try ever possible link for the left hand navigation and locate the Settings link.
It says “Manage payment methods, seats and PLANS.” I am now getting excited as I want to cancel or disable then cancel by plan in order to delete my account.
I click the Update Plan button of the Zero Trust Free plan. I am only able to upgrade to a pay plan from here.
I appreciate you reaching out to help. Can you tell me please how to disable , cancel , all Free subscriptions so that I can continue deleting my account.
