Can you paste your ticket numbers into a reply as text so I can include them in an escalation request?

If both tickets are for the same issue, please don’t create any more duplicates. It only makes it take longer for everyone.

If your ticket hasn’t been worked by billing support yet, there is no reason to expect any changes. Please be patient. You will be contacted via your support request when it is being worked. Bumping this topic will not make anything happen faster and takes time away from others who also need help.
