Before adding a domain I’ve changed the NS’s to Cloudflare’s NSs.
And still nothing

Adding Cloudflare name servers to a domain not on Cloudflare probably breaks their on boarding process. You need valid name servers for Cloudflare to check, and Cloudflare knows that its name servers are not valid for a domain that’s not on Cloudflare.
