What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to Manage Account > Billing > Payment.
When I try to add a payment method using PayPal or a credit card, I receive two messages:
A green message saying “Payment method added.”
A red message saying “Add a payment method to the account. The specified account does not have a payment method.”
In the browser console, the following error appears:
“{"success":false,"errors":[{"code":1208,"message":"Add a payment method to the account. The specified account does not have a payment method."}]}\n”
This is not a problem with my PayPal account, browser, or credit card. The issue is related to my account. Something is bugged.
I created another account to test if this issue is related to my credit card or PayPal, and I successfully added a billing method. So, the problem is with my main account.

I was dealing with this issue for a few months, but I only opened the ticket on 15/11/24. After 12 days and two tickets opened, they resolved my issue. Thanks!
