Can't add .online domain to my account

Hello, I am trying to add the domain ‘’ to my account but it keeps saying it isn’t a registered domain but it is.

What should I do to fix this issue?

And actually the domain can be added just fine. I’d suggest you simply try again.

I just tried again, can’t add it.
There is no text that appears other than this.

In that case I’d say you should open a support ticket. I could add the domain without problems, so it might be something related to your account.

Just in case →, respectively probably better [email protected] as you cant specify a domain which you havent added yet.
