Can't add new domain name and update payment methods

I want to add a new domain name, but it shows
“You are not allowed to create new zones at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email [email protected] for more assistance.”
Afterwards when I want to update the payment method, it shows ERROR CODE 1292.
Which department personnel can assist?

You need to follow the instructions in the message and email Trust & Safety, they are the only ones who can assist.

Hi, I have sent a letter to Trust & Safety before.
And provide my ID card with my photo as verification.
But they replied that I am not what I look like in the photo…
I asked if there is another verification method, but they didn’t reply.
Now I want to re-enable the service, is there any way?
