Domain Transfer page has no option of adding new domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have two domain that I have transferred to cloudflare. I have two more that I would like to transfer. The issue is that the “Domain Transfer” page does not have any option of inputting a domain name to transfer.
On page load there is a screen that flashes briefly before being replaced with the page I took a screenshot of - that flashing screen seems to be the one I need to add a new request for domain transfer but it disappears almost immediately. I have tried this with different browsers - chrome, firefox and edge - nothing works

Are the 2 domains you want to add already added to, and active, on Cloudflare? If not, they need to be before you can transfer the domains.
