What is the issue you’re encountering

i Can’t add the Zone for the domain. So we can use Cloudflare as nameserver/ DNS for the domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have contacted the registrar, to try to solve the problem there, but got this response back;

"While we manage the domain name, it only has an active registrar transfer lock. I am not aware of any locks that would prevent a creation of DNS zones with other providers (I fact I never heard of such lock).

I recommend to reach to Cloudflare to investigate further"

This error means the domain is, or was, in a Cloudflare Enterprise account that has locked the domain to prevent it being added to another account.

If you recently purchased the domain from someone else, check with them. Otherwise you will need to raise a support ticket so Cloudflare can liase with whoever locked the domain.
