I have my domains tashisherpa.com.np and http://guraselcc.org.np/ registered but when I try to add these domain to Cloudflare then it shows error with “Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of guraselcc.org.np at this time. Please contact Cloudflare Support or try again later.” and same for tashisherpa.com.np. Is there any solution I need Help!!!
There’s always this:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
But I’ve no domain listed where I need to select the domain.
You can usually fake the ticket system with some sort of entry to get past that point. Or email: support AT cloudflare DOT com from the email address you use to log in at Cloudflare.
Do they reply my email or my problem get solved via email too?

Yah! actually there are many questions on this topic but not even a single sloution all questions and closed incomplete. I’ve checked before asking but unable to find solution. If anyone can help?
Hi Nujan,
I had same issue before. It could be because the current DNS in your domain registration is not valid.
You can fix it by changing it to the followings before adding to Cloudflare:
ns1.bluehost.com
ns2.bluehost.com
Once these DNS are activated (can take up to 24 hrs), you can add your domain in Cloudflare.
After adding your domain, again you need to update new DNS of Cloudflare to your domain registration, which will again can take up to 24 hrs.
