Cannot add domain to our Cloudflare account, says its a subdomain but it is not, and is a normal locality domain
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Have a ticket open, #01471382 and no one has opened it or responded to it. We own the domain, it can be referenced on the us whois record

created lots of locality domains and they were deemed too many to add to the Public Suffix List which Cloudflare uses to determine if the domain is root or a subdomain…
I’ve seen it mentioned that you can raise a support ticket to ask for the domain to be added by Cloudflare manually, not sure if that was confirmed.
I have a ticket opened, but no one has responded and its been open about a week now.
Not wanting this to close, hoping someone from cloudflare sees this and checks out the ticket.
