I’ve got a problem with adding domain. When I try to add domain food.lodz.pl
I’ve got error
Please ensure you are providing the root domain and not any subdomains (e.g., example.com , not subdomain.example.com ) (Code: 1116)
When I try to add domain food.krakow.pl everything is ok. I can go through setup process. I have problem only with lodz.pl domain.
When run dig +short ns lodz.pl I’ve got
ns1.tpnet.pl.
When run dig +short soa lodz.pl I’ve got
dns2.man.lodz.pl. dns.man.lodz.pl. 2019032201 28800 7200 3600000 345600

Cloudflare apparently does not recognise .lodz.pl as official SLD. I’d open a support ticket.
Additionally, tagging @cloonan and @cs-cf .
Ok.krakow.pl everything is ok.

I can’t raise a ticket, because I can’t assign domain which is not existing in my account. Is another way to raise a ticket?

Any updates? I can’t still add domain
Picking up on the last ticket details, because it’s not on the public suffix list, we may not be able to support it. Can you reply back to the ticket and check if the engineer has an update? Any examples would assist as well.

Which source is Cloudflare using here?
Wikipedia lists it as official SLD → .pl - Wikipedia https://wiki.mozilla.org/TLD_List:.pl seemingly the Polish registry → https://www.dns.pl/en/statistics/number_of_active_names_in_DNS_zone~~

I see it as a SLD on wikipedia, but nothing on mozilla nor the Polish registry, https://publicsuffix.org/list/public_suffix_list.dat . @ITMotive should reply back to support asking for an update, the last reply from the engineer on the ticket indicated they put in the request for support for this TLD.

Agree! It’s even a bit more odd; one engineer was able to add, another not.
