What is the name of the domain?
x.xx
What is the error message?
Please ensure you are providing the root domain and not a TLD (e.g., example.com , not .com)
What is the issue you’re encountering
I am unable to add a domain name to my account because the site seems to take the short domain name as TLD.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
No possible actions can be taken.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Nameservers
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Try to add a single letter domain name (ccTLD). i.e l.cl
I can add the specific example you gave without any issues. Below is a screenshot where I’m being asked to change the nameservers for l.cl
(not my domain, so I can’t proceed any further).
Without knowing the exact domain, there’s not a whole lot to add here.

fkd:
a.fk
*.fk
is on the public suffix list, which means a.fk
is a public suffix and is thus what Cloudflare considers a TLD".
You need to enter a domain below that, like a.b.fk
