You need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar, or activate DNSSEC in Cloudflare and update the DS record at your registrar with the value provided by Cloudflare.

Hi, dnssec is not enable in domain register (namecheap since namecheap is not old dns registrar( also is not enable in CF since is pending in cloudflare. what do u think?

According to the debugging tool @Laudian linked to a DS record exists in the .com zone for your domain. That needs to be removed by your registrar before the zone will activate. If it is not enabled in your console with your registrar you’ll need to follow up with your registrar.
