Hello,
I tried to add a new CNAME with “www” as Name and “universapp.teachable.com” as Target. Proxy status is DNS only.
When I try, I get this error: DNS Validation Error (Code: 1004) An A, AAAA or CNAME record already exists with that host.
Could you help me to find out how to fix this error and add this CNAME? Thanks
Well, the error message actually says it all. You already have that record. Just replace the current content with the new one and change the proxy status and you are good to go.
