Can't add a custom domain

The steps here https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/platform/custom-domains/ show a “Custom domains” tab, I don’t have that in my Workers and pages overview page. Adding a CNAME entry in the DNS to the workers page does not work either. Any ideas why I can’t add a custom domain?

Are you trying to add a custom domain to Pages or Workers?

For Pages, it’s here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/pages/view/:pages-project/domains
For Workers, select a Worker → Triggers → Custom Domains
